Can I phone or fax in my order?
Yes, our sales, customer service and technical assistance teams are available to answer your questions or resolve problems online or on the phone during regular business hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, EST. You may place your order online anytime. We accept Purchase Orders from Schools and Government Organizations. Payment on all Purchase Orders is due 30 days net. Payment Remit Address: Lamination King, PO Box 1029, Englewood, FL 34295-1029. Purchase Orders from Companies will be accepted after receiving approval from our accounting department. Please call 1-855-406-0251 to request a credit application.

How are my shipping charges determined?
We use the UPS published rates, based on weight and destination. We do not charge a handling fee. UPS delivers on business days, M-F.

What methods of payment do you accept?
Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your card will be charged when your order is placed.

When is my order shipped?
 After your credit card is authorized, your order, pending the items are in stock, will be shipped on the next business day. Your order should arrive during the next four to seven business days. If your item(s) is not in stock, you will be notified on the next business day after your order has been authorized. Please note that at times, items may be shipped from different warehouses. 
Expedited shipping is available M-F. Orders requiring expedited shipping must be placed by 1:00 pm EST in order to allow time for processing. Please call if you have questions regarding this shipping method.  1-866-227-4316.
We ship to the US and Canada. Free shipping on select machines is only applicable in the continental US. Alaska, Hawaii and Canada residents should call 1-866-227-4316  for shipping rates. Website freight rates to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada are not applicable, please call for quotations.

What about truck shipments?
Truck shipments do not include inside delivery or lift gate. Rates quoted are dock to dock.The purchaser is responsible for moving the shipment from the back of the truck. If you do not have a loading dock, and a lift gate and/or inside delivery are needed, there is an additional cost. Please call for details and rates.
Can orders be shipped to foreign countries?
We ship only to the US and Canada. A street address is required for shipping.
How can I find out the status of my order?  
Email or call our customer service department, give them your order number, and they will tell you the status of your order. After it is shipped, we are able to give you a UPS tracking number.
Will I be charged sales tax? 
If your shipping address is in Florida you will be charged sales tax. Sales Tax will also be collected on all Ledco Products shipped to New York and California. These taxes will be forwarded to the manufacturer and remitted by the manufacturer to the States Of California and New York. This is due to a law the State of California has instituted. Please let us know if your organization is tax exempt. We need your Tax Exempt Certificate or Resale Exempt Certificate on file for all Florida tax exempt customers, otherwise sales tax will be charged.

Does Lamination King Price Match?
Yes.  If you find a lower price on an identical in stock item from one our competitors, we will make every effort to meet or beat their product price (this may include their shipping and handling charges). Please call us toll free at 1-866-227-4316  or email us at for a price match. 

Price match items must be in stock and be the identical items. Price match request must be received before your order is placed in order to be honored. will not match prices on used, refurbished, clearance equipment/supplies or special sale promotion prices from online websites and auction websites, including, but not limited to Amazon, WalMart  and Ebay. This price match policy does not include Laminating and Binding Equipment, or GBC laminating equipment and/or  GBC supplies. also reserves the right to refuse any price match if we believe that the item may violate any of these aforementioned conditions. is also not responsible for and may not honor orders with pricing, typographical, or photographic errors.

What is the return policy?
Lamination King will accept returns on MACHINES for up to 21 days from the date of purchase. On Supplies, returns will be accepted for up to 14 days after the date of purchase on UNOPENED Supplies only. You must notify Lamination King of your intent to return merchandise by phoning 1-866-227-4316 and receive an RA#. This RA# needs to be on all labels and noted inside the package with returned product. All items must be returned in their original packaging. There will be a 20% restocking fee charge and the customer will be responsible for the returned freight charge. If the wrong merchandise was ordered and is unopened we will gladly exchange that merchandise for the correct product. The buyer is responsible for the additional shipping charges incurred. Lamination King Warranties 

After the 21 day return period on machines, and 14 days on supplies, as in our return policy, products that are defective or broken, are covered by the manufacturer under the terms of their warranty. We support
