Shipping
We Only ship to the US and Canada and we use the UPS published rates, based on weight and destination. We do not charge a handling fee.
We have no minimum and no service fee on small orders

Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.
All orders are processed the following business day.
All orders will be processed and delivered to your doorstep within 5 to 7 days if in stock.

Satisfaction Guaranteed
Our goal is to satisfy each and every customer with every order you receive. If you are not satisfied with the product, return it within thirty days of purchase for a full refund on your purchase price of the item.
Please contact our customer service department toll free at 1-866-227-4316 for a return authorization number. All returns must have a return authorization number to process your refund or exchange.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Manufacturer warranty issues and even exchanges* will not be subject to reshipping charges. Even exchanges are defined as an exact replacement of the original product sku ordered. However, a restocking fee may apply.
If your exchange is needed prior to LaminationKing's receipt of the returned order, your credit card will be charged and later credited as long as the return is determined to be in 100% resalable condition (excluding manufacturer’s defects). Determination of salability is at the sole discretion of LaminationKing and its representatives.
*An even exchange means replacement of the original sku number ordered.
