Our customer service and technical assistance teams are available to answer your questions or resolve problems online or on the phone during regular business hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, EST. You may place your order online anytime.
How are my shipping charges determined?
We use the UPS published rates, based on weight and destination. We do not charge a handling fee.
What methods of payment do you accept?

When will my credit card be charged?
Your card will be charged when your item(s) is shipped.
When is my order shipped?
After your credit card is authorized, your order, if item(s) is in stock, will be shipped on the next business day.Your order should arrive during the next five to seven business days. If your item(s) is not in stock, you will be notified on the next business after your order has been authorized.
Can orders be shipped to foreign countries?
We ship to the US and Canada.
Will I be charged sales tax?
If your shipping address is in Connecticut, you will be charged sales tax.
How can I find out the status of my order?
Email or call our customer service department, give them your order number, and they will tell you the status of your order. After it is shipped, we are able to give you a UPS tracking number.
